Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez Wealth Management closed a financing for Kervis SGR’s real estate fund, Fondo Canvas
Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez Wealth Management recently closed a financing in favour of Fondo Canvas, the real estate fund managed by Kervis SGR and owned by a club deal of primary Italian and European family offices, for the acquisition of an urban education campus located in Milan.

The campus is a prime example of urban regeneration with a mixed-use destination (office and education). It comprises 15 buildings with a total commercial area of ca. 27,000 sqm, with NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti), one of the world's leading art academies (and the best academy in Italy), as the anchor tenant.
The financing was structured as a Green Loan in line with Crédit Agricole Group’s strategy.
Crédit Agricole CIB acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Lender, Facility Agent and Green Coordinator, and Indosuez Wealth Management Italia acted as Mandated Lead Arranger and Lender. We are proud to have worked together to support our clients in this transaction.
