Hatem Masmoudi

Hatem Masmoudi is the Crédit Agricole CIB, Chief Executive Officer for Middle East and Africa since September 2022. He is also a member of the Management Committee.

Prior to his appointment Hatem was the Head of Global Markets for the Middle East and Africa. Hatem was responsible for the Bank Capital Markets activities in the region (trading Sales and Debt Capital Markets).

Hatem has been with Crédit Agricole for 25 years. Before relocating to Dubai in September 2021, he was the Global Head of Equity Solutions in Paris which encompasses Strategic Equity transactions, Equity Investment Solutions Equity Finance and Convertible Bonds.

He started his career with Arthur Andersen in Paris.

Hatem Masmoudi is certified Actuary and graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, ENSAE Paris, Paris 1 Sorbonne University.
