Partnering with AccorHotels to structure its Green Mortgage Loan to acquire its Paris head office building

Crédit Agricole CIB acted as Green Structuring Agent and Lender in this transaction.

The transaction is financed by a EUR 300 million 8-year Green Mortgage Loan, which carries an annual coupon of 1.8%. Established in line with Green Loan Principles, the Green Mortgage Loan benefits from a Second-Party Opinion by the extra-financial rating agency, Sustainalytics. The ecological Sequana Tower benefits from a  HQE™ certification, level “Excellent”.
